On February 4, the Vietnam Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Dak Lak provincial authorities, organised the programme “Tet for Flood-Affected Communities” in Tay Hoa commune. The “Digital Classroom” model follows five German-standard pillars covering digitalised school management, lecturer capacity building, interactive digital learning resources, modern teaching infrastructure, and stronger links between vocational schools and businesses. The model will be adapted to local vocational education conditions in Ho Chi Minh City.

During 2026–2035, it targets annual enrolment of 2,000–2,500 new students at college and university levels, including 1,000–1,500 students with strong potential to be developed into a core workforce for ethnic minority and mountainous regions.
