Based on the cooperative relationship between the two organizations and through numerous exchanges and working sessions, the Da Nang City Association for the Support of Disabled People, Orphans, and Poor Patients and Little Heart's Mission Limited (Australia) have agreed to develop a cooperation program to continue supporting the care and nurturing of orphans at the Bo Mung Orphanage. Simultaneously, the program will promote educational support activities, including organizing free English courses for orphans and disadvantaged youth in Da Nang City.
The project has a total estimated budget of over 3.87 billion VND over three years, aiming to care for and nurture 20-30 orphans annually, supporting them with health, education, life skills, and career guidance. In addition, the project plans to organize four free English training courses each year, helping orphans and disadvantaged teenagers improve their foreign language skills and expand their educational and employment opportunities.

The program contributes to spreading the spirit of compassion, improving the effectiveness of social welfare work, and creating conditions for children with special circumstances to develop comprehensively, gradually become independent, and integrate into the community. The project has been submitted to the Da Nang City People's Committee for consideration and approval according to regulations.
In the context of Da Nang City's development of tourism, trade, services, and increased international cooperation, the ability to use English is becoming increasingly important for the educational and employment opportunities of young people. However, for orphans and young people from poor and disadvantaged households, the cost of foreign language learning remains a barrier preventing them from accessing suitable training programs.
Based on the above situation, Little Heart's Mission Limited (Australia) aims to organize completely free English training courses for orphans aged 15-17 who are being cared for and nurtured in social welfare centers and shelters, while also expanding opportunities for young people from poor families and those with particularly difficult circumstances in Da Nang city.

The program focuses on practical and in-depth training in English communication, helping students gradually develop the ability to use the language in daily life, studies, and common situations in the workplace. Through the courses, students not only supplement their English knowledge but also have the opportunity to cultivate confidence, communication skills, adaptability to the social environment, and prepare the necessary knowledge to access suitable professions in the future, especially in the tourism, service, and other jobs requiring foreign language skills.
The significance of the program goes beyond simply providing a free course; it aims to create opportunities for disadvantaged children and teenagers to access more equitable education, gradually improve their abilities, and proactively build their lives as adults. This is also a long-term, oriented support activity that helps narrow the gap in educational opportunities, increase access to employment, and reduce the risk of children becoming unemployed, lacking direction, or facing economic and social difficulties after leaving welfare institutions.
