Previously, according to the report of Thien Huong Kindergarten about the case of child N.T.M (class 3A2, lost at school), on January 13, 2025, class 3A2, headed by teachers Bui Thi Luong and La Thi Thu Huyen, had 25/31 children attending school, the two teachers took care of and educated them and fully implemented activities according to professional regulations.

At around 3:45 p.m., Ms. Bui Thi Luong asked permission to leave early because her child had an emergency surgery at the hospital, leaving Ms. La Thi Thu Huyen to take care of the education and return the child. At around 4 p.m. the same day, a woman around 20-25 years old entered the classroom and said to the teacher, "Teacher, let me pick up T.M." The child ran out after that person. After that, this person and the child went to the children's locker to get the child's personal belongings and took the child home.

My mother hired Ms. H's family, who lives in residential group 3, Thien Huong ward, to regularly pick me up (including her husband, children...). In the first few days, Ms. H's family picked me up, and the teacher called my mother to verify before allowing me to pick her up. One day, M had no one to pick her up, so the teacher had to take her home. Ms. H came to the teacher's house to pick her up around 7pm.

The teacher noticed that N.T.M was being returned as usual, so she did not pay attention. At around 4:25 p.m., Ms. H's son came to pick him up, but the teacher said that someone had already picked him up. Ms. H's son called his mother to ask, but Ms. H said she had not picked him up yet. But Ms. H did not inform the teacher right away, but texted the child's mother to ask. At around 5 p.m., the child's mother texted the teacher to ask if anyone had picked him up yet, and the teacher said that a woman with glasses had picked him up.

My mother called home to check if anyone had picked me up yet and reported that no one was home.

At around 5:35 p.m., teacher La Thi Thu Huyen called to report the incident to the school principal. During office hours at the school, according to regulations, the people on duty were security guard Hoang Phu Khanh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh - Vice Principal. As usual, after 5 p.m., there was no response from the teachers and no unusual problems occurred, so the Vice Principal left.

After a period of searching, on the afternoon of January 14, baby N.T.M and a strange woman were found in Ngo Quyen district. Baby M is healthy and safe, and was welcomed home by her family. The woman's identity was identified as Dong Thi Ha Thu (born in 2007, residing in Hoang Lam ward, Thuy Nguyen).

Currently, the police are continuing to investigate and handle the case according to regulations./.
