Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan and National Assembly Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Dinh visited and extended Lunar New Year (Tet) wishes to localities and units on January 14.

According to data from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam at the beginning of 2019, the country has approximately 6.2 million people with disabilities aged 2 and older, including around 1 million individuals with autism. It is estimated that for every 100 children born, one child is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

As many as 2,500 households in Yen Bai province are supported in Save the Children’s emergency relief and recovery program in the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi (storm No.3).

On September 16, 2024, in My Duc district, Hanoi, the Compassion & Life Magazine (under the Vietnam Relief Association for Disabled Children) collaborated with the Trade Union of the Central Propaganda Department, the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper, and the People's Committee, the Women's Union of My Duc district, Hanoi, to organize the program "Sharing Love - A Warm Mid-Autumn Festival" for 300 children with disabilities and those in difficult circumstances in the district.
