She urged the force to continue focusing on training activities to improve the quality of personnel, organising large-scale exercises that closely simulate real situations to stay ready to respond to any circumstance. Xuan also asked the unit to better effective coordination with local police and the military in ensuring security and order, especially in emergency situations.

The Vice President also underlined the importance of building a clean and strong Party orrganisation, as well as a disciplined, elite, and modern force, noting that the regiment needs to continue innovating its training so that the force can effectively respond to all situations to protect national security.

On this occasion, Xuan presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the regiment and planted a commemorative tree there.

Meanwhile, NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Dinh visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families, poor and near-poor households, and workers with difficult circumstances in the northern province of Ninh Binh.
