Vietnamese PM arrives in Vientiane, starting Laos visit

On August 11th, the Editorial Board held a meeting to prepare for the launch of the Health Today Media channel, scheduled to take place on August 20th, 2026 in Hanoi. The meeting was chaired by the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Tran Doan Tien, and attended by the Editorial Board and relevant departments. Many important aspects related to the program, organization, guest speakers, content production, and communication plan for the event were reviewed and finalized.

According to the recently issued decision on health insurance coverage targets for the period 2026-2030, the percentage of people participating will gradually increase each year. From 95.98% in 2026, this figure is expected to reach 100% by 2030. Even in the pivotal year of 2026, many provinces and cities have already received high targets, notably Hanoi (96.25%), Ho Chi Minh City (96%), and mountainous regions like Cao Bang (99.36%).

The "Flowers Offered to Uncle Ho" program will be held at 8:00 AM on July 10, 2026, at La Thanh Guest House (226 Van Phuc Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi). This is the first program organized by the Central Association for the Protection of Disabled People of Vietnam, carrying significant meaning for the community. As part of the "Flowers Offered to Uncle Ho" program, a series of activities will take place on July 8th and 9th, 2026.
