Spending more than 700 billion VND to build a new Hanoi Eye Hospital

The City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi City Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor. The total estimated investment is 718.969 billion VND. The project implementation period is in 2025 - 2026.

The project aims to create facilities and invest in synchronous equipment to ensure the requirements of medical examination and treatment of specialized hospitals according to assigned functions and tasks. After completion, the hospital bed scale will reach 250 beds.

This is a group B project, a level II project; the term of use is not less than 50 years, invested by the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board.

In which, the main building has 9 floors, not including the attic and technical floor, 1 basement.

Build new auxiliary works including main gate, side gate, security guard house, fence, technical infrastructure auxiliary area: power station, January 1, medical gas station, wastewater and garbage treatment station, and specialized parking area.

Investing in technical infrastructure works including: leveling, internal road yards, domestic water supply and drainage, medium and low voltage power supply, lighting, trees, landscape, outdoor fire protection system, medical gas system, clean air, information technology, nursing homes, cameras, wastewater treatment, etc.; investing in equipment according to regulations and norms: office equipment, fire protection equipment, medical equipment, etc. to serve the project.
