The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that early next week, the North will continue to be affected by the southwestern edge of the weakened high pressure tongue, combined with the southern edge of the low pressure trough with an axis of about 25 - 28 degrees north latitude connecting with the low pressure area in the west, so the Northeast will have light rain, fog at night and in the morning, and sunny in the afternoon.

The Northwest has light rain at night, sunny during the day, some places are hot, temperature ranges from 29-32 degrees, some places are higher than 33-34 degrees.

On March 4-5, a weak cold spell will affect the North. By March 6, the cold spell will intensify with greater intensity, causing the North to turn cold and have rain spreading from east to west.

Hanoi's temperature is forecast to decrease by 2-4 degrees each day next week. If it was 21-26 degrees at the beginning of the week, it will be 12-15 degrees Celsius by the end of the week. At high points over 1,500 meters above sea level like Sa Pa (Lao Cai), the temperature will also decrease by half, from 13-24 degrees to 7-12 degrees Celsius./.
