Ha Nam Province is building two new hospitals: Bach Mai Hospital No. 2 and Vietnam - Germany Friendship Hospital No. 2.

The government has urged quick and efficient construction, following legal rules and maintaining quality standards. Officials, contractors, and agencies have been working hard to complete the hospitals on time.

The Deputy PM stressed the urgency, as there are only six months left to finish and open them. He instructed the Ministry of Health to ensure workers and resources are available to keep the construction on track.

Hospitals must also focus on hiring and training skilled medical staff before opening, giving priority to locals from Hà Nam and nearby areas. If more funds are needed for training or medical equipment, they should be requested through the Ministry of Health.

The goal is to have these hospitals fully prepared to serve patients as soon as construction is complete./.
