The 11th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee opens

General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping arrived in Hanoi on April 14, beginning his two-day state visit to Vietnam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam and President of Vietnam Luong Cuong.
