The "Flowers Offered to Uncle Ho" program will be held at 8:00 AM on July 10, 2026, at La Thanh Guest House (226 Van Phuc Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi). This is the first program organized by the Central Association for the Protection of Disabled People of Vietnam, carrying significant meaning for the community.
