The 5th Charity Ambassador Program in 2025 aim to honor individuals and groups doing volunteer work in 2024 and connect the 2025 volunteer activities of the Central Association for Relief of Disabled Children in Vietnam with individuals, groups, philanthropists, and donors.
Along with that, the Central Association for Relief of Disabled Children of Vietnam organized the campaign "Joining hands to support disabled children" with the aim of mobilizing social resources to help disabled children and children in difficult circumstances. Speaking at the event, Dr. Ngo Sach Thuc, former Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children, said: “This is an important event to open the year 2025, contributing to promoting the movement to increase resources to join hands in caring for disabled children. Through the implementation of these programs to connect addresses to introduce, for disabled children, participate in competitions, inspire disabled children to develop their abilities. Strengthen coordination with agencies, departments, sectors, organizations, individuals, philanthropists, have reliable addresses to support, bridge treatment, rehabilitation surgery for disabled children; provide consulting services according to the provisions of law; create a playground for disabled children to integrate into the community.
The main objective of the program is to focus on serving and supporting children, considering them the center of all activities. At the same time, this is also an opportunity to express gratitude to organizations, individuals, businessmen and philanthropists who have accompanied and actively contributed to the Association, encourage and spread good examples in the community, demonstrating the tradition of "the rich help the poor" and the love and affection of the nation.

On behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children, I call on individuals, organizations, and philanthropists at home and abroad, out of love for disabled children and children in especially difficult circumstances, to promote the precious traditional humanistic and humanitarian values of the Vietnamese people, to support the Program "For Children's Smiles" and "Give Wings to Dreams for Disabled Children" with the highest results. The money received by the Program "Joining Hands to Support Disabled Children" will be used to support, provide vocational training, support capital for self-employment, give wheelchairs to children with severe physical disabilities, scholarships, bicycles to children in difficult circumstances to continue their studies and essential items for them.
The highlight of today's event is that Children's Health Magazine organized the Launching Ceremony of the Quiz Contest "For Children's Smiles" in 2025.

With the goal of continuing to promote the dissemination and popularization of policies and laws, raising awareness nationwide about the care of children with disabilities and children in special circumstances, the Contest aims to promote important legal documents such as the Law on Children, the Law on Persons with Disabilities, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, along with decrees and circulars related to child care.
The contest will last for 16 weeks, starting from February 24, 2025. Participants are Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 14 and over. Each week there will be three prizes with a total value of up to 3 million VND.
